If you've ordered in February & have received a USPS tracking link that looks incorrect with:
  • showing package already delivered
  • delivered to wrong city
  • or delivered earlier than your order date
First, we really apologize for the inconvenience!

Normally, USPS recycles their tracking numbers every 3 months. However, errors can arise when they get a large volume of orders - usually around the holidays (Valentine's Day is coming up).

The numbers are automatically generated when we purchase the label online, and sometimes USPS releases a tracking number earlier than its intended time. This means that old tracking information can show when you click on the USPS tracking link. Here is some more information if you'd like to learn about it.

After our postal carrier picks up your package, it might take a few days for the tracking link to update on USPS' website. Thank you for your patience while it's updating! Rest assured that your package is on its way & will be delivered within the intended time frame.

If you still have any concerns, please feel free to send us an email. We can provide your shipping label if you'd like to confirm that your address is correct. We can also send you a screenshot of your package's current location, as our shipping company has a brief description of which USPS facility your order may be in at the moment.

Thank you again for your patience, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience!
